Excellent! You're light years ahead of where I was when I was 8 years old. Heck, I was still strumming "Proud Mary" by Creedance Clearwater Revival on an acoustic at 8. That looks like a nice guitar you've got there too. Is it a Dean? It looks like it from the looks of the headstock. I'd like to get a Dean guitar myself. The Michael Schenker model they came out with a couple years ago to be exact. Only problem is I think they go for around $4,000. Too much! Ever heard of Michael Schenker? You should give him a listen. Your Dad's probably got some UFO records collecting dust in the house somewhere. He's very melodic, he shreds, and has the feel of Clapton. Also, I noticed that Greenday tune is basically the same chord progression as Chicago's "25 or 6 to Four" and also the middle bridge of Led Zeppelin's "Baby I'm Gonna Leave You" Check those tunes out and you'll find that you can play them as well. Pretty cool huh? Three tunes for the price of one!

Thanks for dropping by! I know I haven't been around here lately, but it's because I've been busy with college. That means that I've been working very hard, and in my free time, I've been writing and exploring other forums on the internet.
I'm glad to hear that Pete has a blog again, I'll have to go check it out!
Anyways, I'll be sure to check out your Green Day video when I get home. I'm sitting in class as I am typing this. I make sure my work is done before doing this though.
I will be back here in bloggerland, I've left mine neglected for too long!

It is pretty clear and relatively large if you click on it, perhaps you can download it and print it out on photo paper to have a copy for yourself, bud.
